Lifestyle Retreats: "The Samata Sanur" ☀️

Hi beautiful people,

Our trip continued, after 2 wonderful nights in Jimbaran it was time to go to Sanur.

We used to stay a lot in Sanur, now I had the chance to stay at the beautiful "The Samata", one of the main reasons because it is called the "Fitness Resort" so I was very excited about it.

Even if I'm on holiday I still love to work out and keep myself in shape and in a good condition.

We arrived around 3pm, our Suite was ready. "The Samata" consists of 2 Spa Suites, 3 Ocean View Suites, 1 one-bedroom pool villa, 3 two-bedroom pool villa and 1 The Samata Residence.

Unfortunately all the pool villas were full so we had an Ocean View Suite which didn't disappoint at all!

The Ocean View Suite is overlooking the Rice fields to the Indian Ocean.

The Suite is a beauty, it is very big (75m2) having a wonderful balcony with a chilling spot and a table to enjoy your breakfast in your suite where you have a perfect view to the 2 public pools.

The bed is so comfy sleeping like in heaven guarateed! Another highlight is the spacious bathroom with a bathtub, 2 washbasins and a shower.

As I said before, the view to the 2 out of 3 public pools is amazing.

From the Ocean View Suite you can see the "Chill & Lap Pool". Just across the emerald green of the lawns it is simply perfect to relax in this quite atmosphere. Overlooking the rice fields gives you the inner peace.

The design of the pools is magic! The indonesian culture is reflected with their designs of a masterclass.

The 3rd public pool is the "Energy Pool" just in front of the Spa Suites and the gym.

The Fitness is without question the absolute highlight of "The Samata Sanur" as it is also called as the "Fitness Resort".

I'm now already travelling a few years from hotel to hotel but such a complete equipped gym I never saw!

A professional boxing ring and a complete gym with an extensive selection of equipment was waiting for me.

It was a pleasure for me using these amazing fitness facilities at "The Samata Sanur" but besides the gym they still had the beautiful "Energy Pool" in front of it and a billiard and table tennis table as well as a Yoga studio.

For those sport addicts like me there is also still a tennis court free to use.

The small number of suites and pool villas means you experience highly personalised service from the warm and very welcoming staff who take care of you from the check-in until the check-out.

The service was on the point from the beginning, the butler helped us with our luggage and all of them were always there if he had any questions or favors.

The first day we ordered breakfast to our suite, you can choose out of one Appetizer, Main and one Dessert from a menu with plenty of choices.

It was simply delicious and a truly outstanding experience to enjoy our breakfast overlooking the pools, rice fields and Indian Ocean!

The tranquility of the Balinese landscape combined with these beautiful pools and public spaces in a clean and pure Bali design makes "The Samata Sanur" to one of my favorite hotels for relaxing after a complete workout in the morning.

All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. We can not wait to experience the other properties from "Lifestyle Retreats".

Thank you so much "The Samata Sanur" for having us and making our stay unforgettable in a positive way.

Here's a video and a photo-gallery of our experiences at "The Samata Sanur". I hope you enjoy reading this as much as we did staying there!
